  1. Cancellation of an order is impossible once you make payment to us fully and we start working on your project. No refunds will be made in this situation.
  2. You can cancel your order when you make payment in full and don’t get the service/product at the right time. If you are not satisfied with our products/services, you can ask for correction by sending us all the details via mail. Upon receiving your mail, we will generate a Ticket number and look into your claims. If your claim is found to be true, we will make the required correction as per your instructions.
  3. Always keep in mind that in case of Flood, fire, earthquake, riots, Power/internet interruption, technical glitch, hacking, we can be held liable for the refund of money if there is a delay in the delivery of the purchased products/services and you cancel the order. Instead, we can provide you products/services as per your desire.
  4. If you cancel your order and it is approved by us, your request for refund will be processed in your bank account within 72 working hours.
